PLC Controlled Servo Driven Four fold tray Paper Folding and Creasing Machine

ZYHD670D is a hybrid electric knife folding machine with four baffle plates, capable of folding, punching and creasing simultaneously. When using baffle folding, it can perform up to 4 parallel folds in parallel and fan-fold modes. For vertical folding, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th folding units are driven by independent servo motors to complete 3 vertical folds. It supports 8-opening, 16-opening and 32-opening folding. The ZYHD670D-4SZH twin model is available as an optional configuration.

4.1 Folding roller support bearings in the baffle folding section adopt Germany INA special extended bearings for smoother high-speed operation.

Folding rollers and drive bearings in the vertical folding section use Germany FAG precision bearings, featuring low noise, low damping, high transmission and folding accuracy.

4.2 Each folding knife is equipped with an independent servo-driven electric knife unit, no additional transmission, compact structure, high speed and stability. Top dead center knife adjustment can be done directly on the touchscreen, easy operation without external adjusters.

4.3 Imported original folding rollers provide strong paper feeding force and reduce creasing on printed products.

4.4 Maximum machine speed up to 230 m/min, greatly improving production efficiency.4.5 Each folding unit is directly driven by a separate motor, simplifying transmission and facilitating maintenance.

4.6 3rd and 4th folding units adopt pull-out ergonomic design for easy operation and maintenance.

4.7 Forward & reverse 4-fold paper path switching is realized by motor forward/reverse rotation directly, no additional mechanical reversing mechanism.
